Dalaman Airport (DLM) serves Turkey's turquoise coast: Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Marmaris, Göcek. It is a leisure airport with extreme seasonality, two terminals — one domestic, one international — and summer traffic made up largely of charter flights departing in waves. Fast Track takes you through the security checkpoint in minutes, with the same regulatory screening as the standard queue.
How Fast Track works at Dalaman
Fast Track at Dalaman is access to a dedicated security lane, separate from the general queue. The check is identical — bag scanner, walk-through detector: only the waiting time changes. You book online, pick your date, and receive a QR voucher by email to show at the entrance to the priority lane.
At Dalaman, access starts at €8.06 per person. The exact price and availability appear live for your slot when you book.
The three Terminal 2 lounges
Dalaman offers an unusually deep lounge choice for a leisure airport, all located in Terminal 2:
- the CIP Lounge, from €24 per person: flight displays, air conditioning, hot and cold drinks, non-smoking;
- the DLM Lounge, from €25: TVs, wheelchair access, alcoholic drinks, flight displays;
- a fuller DLM Lounge package at €45: flight displays, alcoholic drinks, snacks and Wi-Fi.
At an airport where departures cluster, the lounge solves the second half of the problem: the wait once you are through security, when public seating saturates.
Meet & greet in Terminals 1 and 2
Assistance packages are offered in both terminals, on departure and on arrival, for domestic and international flights, between €90 and €150 per person. Some combine assistance with lounge access. It is full handling, different from Fast Track, which covers screening only.
How much time you save
Dalaman is a textbook case of seasonality. In winter the airport ticks over and Fast Track adds little. From June to September, charter flights leave in tight waves and the same checkpoints absorb several departures at once: the standard queue then stretches out noticeably, often with families and bulky luggage. The priority lane brings the crossing back to a few minutes.
Paying less with SkyEntry Pass
For a family on holiday the member discount shows up immediately: SkyEntry Pass gives 20% off every airport service — Fast Track, lounge, meet & greet — and includes a free 1 GB eSIM every month, useful in Turkey, outside the EU roaming zone. The trial is €1 for 48 hours, then €29.90/month or €249/year, no commitment, cancel any time.
For four people with Fast Track and lounge, the saving comfortably exceeds a month's subscription. Details on the pricing and subscription page.
Tips for DLM
- Check your terminal: domestic and international are separate, and the lounges are in Terminal 2.
- Book ahead in summer: priority slots are limited and departure waves are dense.
- Keep your QR voucher available offline (screenshot).
- Fast Track does not exempt you from security rules: liquids and electronics are presented as in the standard queue.
