Tivat Airport (TIV) serves the Montenegrin coast and, first of all, the Bay of Kotor. It is a compact airport set between mountains and sea, with a particularly brutal seasonal curve: very quiet in winter, saturated in summer by leisure flights from across Europe. Fast Track at Tivat is access to a dedicated security lane, separate from the general queue. The check is identical — bag scanner, walk-through detector: only the waiting time changes. You book online, pick your date, and receive a QR voucher by email to show at the entrance to the priority lane.

The Terminal 1 business lounge
A business lounge is bookable in Terminal 1, from €28 per person: an air-conditioned, non-smoking space with telephones and internet terminals. No loyalty card or business-class ticket required.
At an airport this size the lounge solves a concrete problem: in summer, the public areas airside fill up at the pace of the grouped departures, and finding a seat becomes an exercise. Fast Track and the lounge complement each other — one handles the wait before security, the other the wait that follows.
Meet & greet
An assistance package is offered in the main terminal, from €180 per person: name-sign welcome at the meeting point, then escorted check-in, escorted security and escorted passport control. It is end-to-end handling, distinct from Fast Track.
How much time you save
The seasonal gap is the whole story here. In winter, Tivat is a quiet airport where Fast Track adds little. In July and August, several charter flights present themselves at the same checkpoint minutes apart, in a terminal sized for far lighter traffic: the standard queue then stretches out sharply. The priority lane brings the crossing back to a few minutes — and those windows are exactly where it earns its price.

- Book early in high season: priority slots are limited and departures cluster in the middle of the day.
