Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern all contractual relationships between Meetricks, LLC (hereinafter "SkyEntry", "we" or "our") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer", "you") using the services offered on skyentry.co.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of premium airport services offered by SkyEntry, including:

  • Fast Track security lane access services
  • VIP airport lounge access
  • Personalized VIP assistance services
  • Subscriptions providing access to these services at preferential rates

Article 2 — Acceptance of Terms

Any order placed on skyentry.co implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms before placing an order and accepts them without reservation.

SkyEntry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of the order.

Article 3 — Services Offered

3.1 Fast Track

The Fast Track service provides expedited passage through security and/or immigration controls at partner airports. Access is subject to presentation of a valid booking confirmation and required travel documents.

3.2 VIP Lounges

VIP lounge access provides a premium relaxation space with included services (dining, beverages, Wi-Fi, press). Included amenities vary by lounge and airport. SkyEntry shall not be held responsible for changes to amenities decided by lounge operators.

3.3 VIP Assistance

The VIP assistance service includes personalized guidance within the airport, from arrival to boarding or vice versa.

3.4 Subscriptions

SkyEntry offers three subscription plans: Essential, Premium, and VIP. Each plan includes a monthly quota of Fast Track and Lounge accesses, as well as discounts on à la carte services. Details of each plan are available on the Pricing page.

Article 4 — Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Service prices are displayed in euros, taxes included. SkyEntry reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be invoiced based on rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4.2 Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through the secure Stripe platform. Payment is required at the time of order. The transaction is secured by SSL/TLS protocol and our provider's PCI DSS compliance.

4.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary date of enrollment. Payment is automatically charged to the registered payment method. The Customer may modify or remove their payment method from their personal account.

Article 5 — Order Process

The order process follows these steps: 1. Selection of the desired airport and service 2. Choice of date, time, and number of passengers 3. Review of the order summary 4. Secure payment 5. Booking confirmation by email with QR code access

The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment by SkyEntry. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer within minutes of payment validation.

Article 6 — Service Delivery

6.1 Service Access

The Customer must present themselves at the meeting point indicated in their booking confirmation, with:
  • Their booking confirmation (email or QR code)
  • A valid photo ID
  • Their boarding pass (where applicable)

6.2 Late Arrival and No-Show

In case of no-show, no refund will be granted. In case of significant delay, access to the service is not guaranteed.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or period.

As the services offered by SkyEntry are linked to a specific travel date and time, the right of withdrawal does not apply to confirmed bookings.

Article 8 — Cancellation and Refund

8.1 Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 48 hours before the service date: full refund
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before: no refund

8.2 Cancellation by SkyEntry

In case of service cancellation by SkyEntry (lounge closure, service unavailability, etc.), the Customer will receive a full refund. SkyEntry will endeavor to offer an alternative solution where possible.

8.3 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the payment method used for the order, within 5 to 10 business days.

Article 9 — Liability

9.1 SkyEntry's Liability

SkyEntry commits to providing the described services with due diligence. However, SkyEntry acts as an intermediary between the Customer and airport service providers and shall not be held liable for:
  • Service modifications or interruptions decided by partner providers
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Any force majeure event

9.2 Customer's Liability

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during the order (date, time, airport, number of passengers, personal information). Any error in this information shall not engage SkyEntry's liability.

Article 10 — Intellectual Property

All content on the skyentry.co website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, software) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.

Article 11 — Personal Data

The processing of Customers' personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our dedicated page.

Article 12 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law of their country of residence shall apply.

In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. European consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Delaware shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the right of European consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
