Where to use it: one terminal, several modules

Palma operates from a single passenger terminal, a large building organised into modules (A, B, C and D) that spread out the departure gates. There is no terminal to second-guess and no transfer between buildings to plan: the Fast Track entry is the priority lane at the security checkpoint.

Check your boarding pass — it shows your module and gate — before you set off, then follow the priority lane indicated on your voucher. Booking, cancellation and delay cover

Booking is done in a few steps: choose the airport, the service, your date, then pay by card; your QR voucher arrives by email straight after payment. Reservations are open from the same day up to 180 days ahead.

If you need to cancel, the deadline depends on the airport partner and the period — generally somewhere between 24 hours and 2 hours before your slot — and is confirmed in your booking email; after that point, or if you simply don't show up, the booking isn't refunded. Separately, you're protected by the delay guarantee: if your flight departs 2 hours (120 minutes) or more late, or is cancelled, your Fast Track booking is refunded automatically or on request within 30 days.

Tips for your trip through PMI

• Book ahead: priority slots are limited at the height of the summer season, though last-minute booking is also possible.
• Keep your QR voucher available offline (screenshot): the network can be congested at the airport.
• Target summer Saturdays and early-morning departures: that's when Fast Track pays off most.
